About the Owner!
Mackenzy is the owner and founder of SPOT Therapeutic Services LLC. est. in 2022. She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy Degree from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Science in Physical & Health Education Degree from Central Connecticut State University. She has also maintained a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certification since 2017. Mackenzy proudly coaches adult CrossFit classes at CrossFit Rift Valley in West Springfield, MA.
Her hobbies include: spending time with friends & family, traveling to new places, listening to country music, trying new foods, CrossFit, hiking, and reading.

Jackie Oates
Physical Therapist
Jackie holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from Northeastern University, and a B.A. in Health Care Administration from Stonehill. She has completed an Orthopedic Manual Fellowship (FAAOMPT) through MTI, is now part of the MTI teaching faculty, and is certified in Complete Concussion Management.
Her hobbies include: hiking with her dogs, reading, watching historical documentaries and sports, as well as going to the theater.

Nicole Gagnon
Speech-Language Pathologist
Nicole holds a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from UMass Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and Sciences from Worcester State University. She has been a practicing SLP for 16 years and currently works in the school setting.
Her hobbies include: spending time with her family, traveling, watching sports, and musicals.
“I am passionate about helping people improve their communication and social skills in a naturalistic way within their community.”

Yolanda Santini
Coaching Assistant
Yolanda has a Bachelor Degree in Sociology from the University of Cincinnati, and currently works at Mass Mutual. Yolanda is our dedicated assistant coach for the Tuesday Adaptive Fitness Program.
Her hobbies include: traveling, CrossFit, running, trying new restaurants, and reading.
